My name is Kaitlyn and I'm a Psychic Moon Mentor.
I teach women to trust their intuition, connect to calm, and claim their sensitivity as their superpower.
In 2017 I gave myself permission to finally say YES to myself. I got fired for the first time in my life, and said "F*%$ It! I'm going to give into things I want to do!" I had always been curious about tarot, astrology, yoga, and more. I allowed myself to study health, but I didn't fully explore tools like tarot, astrology, the chakras, and more until after I got fired. I was afraid of what others might think, and worse... what other's might say.
I've always been a sensitive soul. My plain Irish nature gives it away. Platinum blonde hair and translucent pale skin have been trademarks to point me out in a crowd my whole life. Once I opened the door to explore topics I was always curious about I learned more ways I have always been sensitive. For example, early in my fitness and health coaching career I lead others to tame symptoms of anxiety and depression using holistic methods. Then, suddenly I realized that as an empath I feel overwhelmed when I pick up on other people's energy and emotions. I did this for a long time without realizing it. Now, I teach others to shield and clear their energy as a foundation to the work I do.
